ROSS D. BUSSARD

Ross D. Bussard is the firm’s lead trial lawyer and managing attorney.  He is a third generation trial lawyer and third generation Eagle Scout. With both law and MBA degrees, and a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Bussard brings a unique perspective to the firm’s practice and jury presentation. Concentrating in the areas of serious maritime injuries, wrongful death, and human trafficking, he devotes 100% of his time to litigation.  In addition to founding the the nation’s first Human Trafficking firm, Bussard has practiced in every Federal Court along the Gulf Coast representing  victims in the areas of serious automobile accidents, oilfield injuries, and workplace and offshore injuries.  Bussard has tried many jury trials to verdict as first chair, obtaining sizable jury verdicts on behalf of his clients.

Bussard has recently brought the first civil human trafficking case in the country, under Texas Law in Houston, Texas, targeting hotels and businesses that profit from human trafficking.  See More...
